Cute camera but could be better.

My son loves taking pictures with the camera and it's fun for him to see the pictures on his own device. In watching him use it, I have a couple suggestions that would make this 5 stars.

- Ability to reduce playback volume. I don't think you can change the volume of videos during playback and they're often very loud! He doesn't like how loud it is and will hand me the camera to turn it off.
- Too easy to delete photos. Sometimes my son deletes pictures by accident. It would be nice if there was an ability to override deletes or turn off the ability to delete photos. There have been some cute photos he's taken and deleted by accident before I could save them.
- Move the placement of the fun frame button. It's too easy for kids to select with the palm of the hand. I know he doesn't intend to turn it on but it comes on by accident.

Bought 2 for my grandchildren for christmas so can't give a review yet. Wish i had searched more and bought bags at same time to save.

Great customer service

Our first camera had a poorly responsive screen but customer service was able to troubleshoot for us very quickly and even rush ship a camera to us so that we could bring it on our vacation. Our 3 year old boy doesn’t seem to have the attention span to use it quite yet but the 5 year old sister loves hers
