The 3 camera + book bundles purchased through Kidamento.com (see the above “Eligible Products” section) after 09/21/22.

Yes, but we won't be able to offer prepaid return shipping label. You will need to arrange the shipment to return it to our Toronto office.

Kidamento covers return shipping if your order qualifies for the 100 days happiness guarantee program, AND you are in Canada and mainland USA.

*Kidamento monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Cameras, accessories and books purchased outside of a qualified bundle are subject to our standard return policy. Any purchased from Kidamento retailers are also ineligible for the program.

We accept returns of any Kidamento physical products within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact.
