When you purchase an eligible camera bundle through our online store, you have 100 days to start the new adventure and capture lifelong family memories. If you and your little budding photographer are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of purchase.

What products are eligible for the 100 days happiness guarantee program?

The 3 camera + book bundles purchased through Kidamento.com (see the above “Eligible Products” section) after 09/21/22.

I am not from USA or Canada, does my order qualify for 100 days happiness guarantee program?

Yes, but we won't be able to offer prepaid return shipping label. You will need to arrange the shipment to return it to our Toronto office.

Who pays for return shipping? 

Kidamento covers return shipping if your order qualifies for the 100 days happiness guarantee program, AND you are in Canada and mainland USA.

How do I initiate a return?

What products are not eligible for the 100 days of happiness guarantee program?

Cameras, accessories and books purchased outside of a qualified bundle are subject to our normal return policy. Any purchased from Kidamento retailers are also ineligible for the program.

What is your standard return policy?

We accept returns of any Kidamento physical products within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. You are reponsible for shipping costs on the standard return program.
