Position: Operations Specialist

Location: Fully Remote (Canada)

The Role:

As our Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your efforts will be key in helping us scale and improve, making an impact that you can see and feel.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep a bird’s-eye view on our operations across various platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Target, and Best Buy, to name a few.
• Build strong partnerships with vendors and our fulfillment team to ensure our logistics are smooth and streamlined.
• Keep a tight ship managing our global inventory, ensuring everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
• Support our customer service team in making our customers' experiences even more wonderful.
• Help shape our future by getting involved in the development and refinement of our products.
• Scrutinize our operational flows and metrics, pitching in with your ideas on how to make good things even better.

What You Need to Have:

• Experience with Shopify Admin and Amazon Seller Central is a strong asset.
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Highly organized, a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
• Sharp analytical skills and a knack for solving problems creatively.
• An eagerness to learn and a mindset that embraces challenges.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Slack, Notion and Figma.
• A good understanding of finance basics.

Your Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Past experience in e-commerce, retail and wholesale operations and logistics is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
