Returns, Refunds & Warranty:
We want to ensure you are 100% happy. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without damaging the box or packaging if possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Kidamento covers return shipping costs and provides you with a pre-paid return label if you are in the mainland USA and Canada.
Free return only applies to Kidamento's camera products and does not apply to accessories, this includes but is not limited to USB cables, microSD cards, refill paper, and so on. If you want to return accessory products, we will provide our return address and you are responsible for the return shipment.
Please note, we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has their original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
Premium/Express shipping costs, Kidamento Care shipping protection are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, premium/express shipping and Kidamento Care will be deducted from your refund.

*Kidamento monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Kidamento warrants to the original customer a limited six (6) month warranty from Manufacturing Defects. Kidamento will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove materially defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials that cause malfunction in the product during proper use. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Kidamento on an exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Kidamento is unable to repair or replace the product, Kidamento will, at its option, refund or credit the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made or substitute an equivalent product. Please note that shipping costs are not covered under warranty.
Exceptions to the Warranty
Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, this limited warranty does not cover any damage to a product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product which has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the Canada export regulations. Proof of purchase may be required.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Kidamento and its suppliers assume no responsibility for any damage, loss or claim by third parties that may arise through the use of this product.
Kidamento is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with damaged devices. In the event of a claim, Kidamento’ sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware, under no circumstances will Kidamento be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product.
Kidamento shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any warranty on this product. Some provinces/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
