Return and Refund

100-Day Happiness Guarantee

At Kidamento, we're confident you'll love our cameras. That's why we offer a 100-day happiness guarantee on eligible camera bundles purchased through our online store. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 100 days of purchase for a full refund. We cover return shipping costs for customers in mainland USA and Canada.

Eligible Products:

  • Camera + book bundles
  • Camera + silicone bag bundles
  • Camera + silicone bag + book bundles
Standard Returns

For products not covered by the 100-day happiness guarantee:

  • Return Period: You may return or exchange undamaged and unaltered items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Free Returns: Available for cameras, camera bags, and books within mainland USA and Canada. We provide a prepaid return label.
  • Accessories: Returns for USB cables, microSD cards, refill paper sets, and similar items are accepted, but you must cover the return shipping cost.
  • Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Products damaged due to negligent packaging during return may receive a partial or no refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Premium/express shipping fees are non-refundable. If you opt for a refund, the cost of premium/express shipping will be deducted.
Initiating a Return

Kidamento monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies and reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.


Warranty

Kidamento provides a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. This warranty covers material defects and workmanship issues that result in product malfunction under normal use.

  • Extended Warranty: Customers purchasing directly from Kidamento.com can extend coverage to two years by adding Extended Warranty at cart and checkout.
  • Repair or Replacement: If a product is found defective, we will repair or replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality. If repair or replacement is not possible, we may provide an equivalent substitute.
  • Shipping Costs: Warranty service does not cover shipping costs for returns or replacements.
Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Improper installation, accidents, abuse, or misuse
  • Natural disasters, power surges, or extreme environmental conditions
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  • Second-hand or resold products not compliant with Canadian export regulations

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.

Kidamento and its suppliers are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or third-party claims related to product use. Kidamento's liability is limited to hardware replacement only. We are not liable for lost profits, lost savings, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Certain provinces/states may not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
