Such a kawaii camera!!

Love this for myself and for my kids, we all loved playing with the easy to use features and having the photos print out right away, just put smiles on the kids faces. They loved seeing the magic before their eyes. Would be a great gift!

Lanyard issues

Hi,
I wrote a review a few days ago and did not get a response I was hoping for. I’ve had the camera for a few years and while my son loves it, I feel the lanyard is faulty. I do know how to properly install it, and re-install it every time. The issue I have with it is that every time my son uses it, the clips that attach into the lanyard just fall out of where they are inserted, causing the camera to fall. We’ve had the camera for two years and it has happened for two years now. I reached out I kidamento this week, and they unfortunately were not helpful. Is this normal for the lanyard to be falling out of the slot? Has there been anyone else to have this issue and is there maybe an improved version of the lanyard?

I purchased this camera for my 3 year old son. He loves it. He’s learning how to use it and it’s designed to be quite easy. It fits well in his hands. He loves the bag add on. I love that it doesn’t have games. I love seeing the world through his eyes.

Good for kids

My son loves this camera. It’s easy to use and fun for him. The only issue I have is that the lanyard keeps falling off the camera, making it hard for us to take it out of the house with us. I wish there was an easy solution for this.

Screen glitches/failure

My kids loved this camera. However, After about 10 months of use, the screen started to show black "dead zones" all over the screen. They move to different spots on the screen (typically where an icon appeared previously) and they make the camera unusable. Very disappointing!

***Update - the Kidamento team reached out to help and they were fantastic in getting this sorted out. I appreciate that they stood behind their product!

Cute and easy but poor photos

It’s very cute, attractive for children and easy to set up and use. However, the photo quality was very fuzzy and the colors were all drab.

Great customer service

Our first camera had a poorly responsive screen but customer service was able to troubleshoot for us very quickly and even rush ship a camera to us so that we could bring it on our vacation. Our 3 year old boy doesn’t seem to have the attention span to use it quite yet but the 5 year old sister loves hers

Lanyard

We bought this as a gift for an older sibling from a new baby. She loves it and can easily use it. My only complaint is the lanyard, a metal piece has already broke and the snaps easily come out, my two year easily removes it. We wish it had a better/permanent strap even if a charging cable came separate.

Missing pieces

We seem to be missing a charger that goes with the camera - it was missing in the box and nobody has been responsive - so we are unable to use it
