Received my second order, as my first is in Post Office limbo but Kidamento would send me another one and I could send the first one back. I did that and the 2nd order came in today. I know one grand daughter who is going to be very happy on Xmas morning, which makes me and my wife very happy and should make your Customer Service staff proud. Thank you very very much.

Ok, when I get it, I'll review. It's been 20 days and counting. Not your fault, postal strike, maybe you should offer different shipping options. Good Customer Service I must say.
