Social Media and Website Marketing Coordinator

Kidamento is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, full-time Website/Social Media Coordinator to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

Responsibilities

• Create content for and regularly updating social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook (Posts, Stories, etc)

• Respond to customer inquires via email, Instagram, and Facebook

• Photography and editing skills

• Creative writing skills for social media captions and descriptions on website

• Regular website maintenance through our Shopify platform and Amazon account including uploading, updating, and removing products as necessary, in addition to

• Maintain good public relations with customers, Influencers, and partners

• Create weekly targeted e-mail and radio campaigns to promote new sales

• Fulfill online orders for shipping

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends

• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

• Additional duties as required

Requirements

• Must have a passion for fashion and highly knowledgeable of styles and trends

• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods

• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Photoshop software, Power Point

• Well-organized and detail oriented

• Exceptional communication and writing skills

• Must demonstrate high initiative and time management

• Ability to problem solve for customers, as well as with technology (Apps, Website, Smart Vendor, Social Media Platforms, etc)

• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

• Knowledge of Shopify online platform is an asset
