The camera is intended for my grand daughter but her birthday isn't until June so I haven't given it to her yet.

Everything is great, minus the shutter button

This would have gotten a 5-star review, minus (2) Items:
-The shutter button can stick, causing the button to remained pushed and in turn turning off the camera unexpectedly.
-The back button on the touch screen is in the same spot as the settings button, so when my preschooler impatiently clicks through the back button, they end up clicking in the settings, not sure how to get back to the menu he wanted.

Everything else is fabulous, easy to use, durable, and my preschooler absolutely loves their camera!

What age is Model K good for?

Model K is designed for children age 3 and older. Younger children can also enjoy the memory-making experience under proper adult guidance and supervision. The best age range is 3-9 years old.
*Consider Model C if your kid is 3-6 years old and you prefer a more compact camera without a touchscreen.
**Consider Model P if you like to add the instant print capability for your 5-10 years old.

Is shipping free? Where do you ship to?

Shipping is free for orders CAD$50 (~US$40) and above for Canada and USA. We also offer faster shipping options at affordable pricing - available at checkout. We can ship to anywhere in the world. All cameras are shipped from Canada or the USA.

Do I need to buy batteries? Can I use it on the go?

The camera has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. The lanyard is also a charging and data cord. Charge the camera the same way as your cellphone. No need to fiddle with extra accessories for your trips - everything you need is in your children's hands.

Do I need to purchase memory card?

The camera comes with a 32GB memory card. We offer extra 32GB microSD cards in our online store. We recommend you order one extra memory card for each camera to ensure there are no interruptions in capturing memories.

Does the camera have games?

No game. It is supposed to be a camera, not another gaming device. The camera has super cute filters and frames that children love playing with when snapping pictures.
